Life Coaching for Fitness & Nutrition

I offer life coaching with fitness and/or nutrition at the center. This is a little bit different because we sit and talk instead of working out. It’s not therapy; we’re not healing childhood trauma or some such. We are focused on a simple question: How can I make fitness (working out and/or nutrition) a regular and sustainable part of my life? You’d be amazed on how many parts of ourselves this touches. What is work like, what’s going on in your relationships, friendships and with family, what habits are getting in the way or supporting you, and what ways of thinking/being are getting in the way or supporting. We work together in a confidential setting over 5 or 6 one-hour sessions. This is an opportunity for you to be listened to, while I ask good questions that guide you into greater awareness and empower you to develop strategies and tactics that help make regularly working out and good nutrition a sustainable part of your life.
