My Services

Clients who generally use at least one in-person/virtual session per week receive one free at-home workout and free nutrition coaching. Clients using 2 sessions (or more) per week also can attend unlimited group classes at Philly Personal Fitness.

Personal Training

1-on-1 personal training sessions are 115. Clients can purchase sessions in bulk for cheaper pricing. A 4-pack is 95/session (380 upfront). An 8-pack is 85/session (680 upfront). Couples are 230, 190, and 160 per session, respectively. Private sessions with 3 to 5 people split the couples rate; 6 or more people is 30 per person.

Virtual & Remote Training

Virtual personal training is 70/session. Clients can purchase sessions in bulk for cheaper pricing. A 4-pack is 60/session (240 upfront). An 8-pack is 55/session (440 upfront). Remote programming is 45/week for unlimited workouts, or 15/workout.

Customize

Clients can also combine any of the above options into a plan that works for them. For example, some people purchase group classes at Philly Personal Fitness alongside one personal training session per month to refine technique and work on new skills.
